Powder of: haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) Pericarpium; gramigna (Cynodon dactylonPers.) rhizoma.

How to use
One third of a teaspoon (± 250 mg) of powder twice a day with hot water half an hour before main meals. It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist advisor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
