HOW TO WEAR THE MEDEL UNIVERSAL BRACELET?

1. Pass the end of the bracelet through the metal headband, forming a lace. The hook and loop closure must be on the outside;
2. put the cuff on the left arm so that the tube faces the forearm;
3. apply the cuff to the arm taking care that the lower edge is 2-3 cm above the elbow groove and that the rubber tube exit from the cuff is located on the inner side of the arm, oriented towards the center of the palm of the hand;
4. stretch the free end of the bracelet and close it with the hook and loop closure;
5. there should be no free spaces between the arm and the cuff, which would affect the result of the measurement. Furthermore, the arm must not be compressed by rolled up sleeves: otherwise, the garment will have to be removed;
6. secure the bracelet with the hook and loop closure so that it fits snugly around your arm without being too tight. Extend the arm on the table (the palm of the hand must be facing upwards) so that the bracelet is at heart level. Be careful not to bend the tube;
7. sit quietly for two minutes before starting the measurement.
