Tulle Dressing

These dressings mainly contain a standardized antibacterial honey Leptospermum sp. With healing properties. Intended for use on acute and chronic wounds. Honey antibacterial dressing: Sterile, non-stick, non-absorbent dressing made of durable woven mesh and impregnated with Medihoney antibacterial honey. Honey Alginate Antibacterial Dressing: Sterile, non-stick dressing with calcium alginate impregnated with Medihoney antibacterial honey. The dressing absorbs wound fluid and forms a soft gel. Not suitable for necrotic wounds. Antibacterial Honey Gel Pack: Sterile, non-adherent dressing containing Medihoney antibacterial honey and sodium alginate. These ingredients are combined using patented technologies to develop a honey bond with a unique structure. The dressing forms a soft gel in contact with wound fluid. Not recommended for dry wounds. Not suitable for surgical and necrotic wounds.
