Valerian has always been used to improve sleep quality and to counteract anxiety disorders. However, doses that are too low are often used to give a visible result. Proser night contains 450 mg of Valerian dry extract per tablet with an optimal titration in valerenic acids for real efficacy. The association with melatonin also induces sleep, without any sense of numbness upon awakening.

Ingredients : Valeriana officinalis L. (radix) eg tit. 0.42% valerenic acids, Melatonin (3mg), magnesium stearate, micronized silica, microcrystalline cellulol.

Warnings : Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

Directions for use : for a better use of the product it is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening before going to bed.
