Ingredients
Corn starch, rice flour, eggs (16%), ricotta (whey, cow 's milk , cream , salt; acidity regulator: citric acid), pumpkin 8%, egg white , Grana Padano cheese ( milk , salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), dextrose, cream , vegetable fiber (bamboo, psyllium, pea), salt, potato flakes, whey , extra virgin olive oil, mustard [quince, fructose syrup, sugar, candied fruit (cubes of orange zest and red cherries)], flavourings; thickener: xanthan gum, diguar gum.

May contain fish , tree nuts , celery , sulfites , mustard and soy .

Gluten free .
