How to use
Take 1 tablet daily 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.

Each capsule of TRIRELAX contains:
Melatonin 1.0 mg
Valerian 100 mg
Hawthorn 100 mg
Lemon balm 50 mg
Passionflower 100 mg
Vitamin B6 1.4 mg
