Description
food supplement based on melatonin, L-tryptophan and L-glycine. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, precursor of amelatonin.

How to use
