What is Melamil Humana?
Melamil is a food supplement based on Melatonin that contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep in children and adults. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Melamil is also indicated to alleviate the effects of jet lag. In these cases it is recommended to take a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonia shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. The product is Gluten Free.

Method of use and dosage
We recommend taking 1mg of Melatonin per day, the equivalent of 4 drops of Melamil per day. To be taken directly in the mouth or diluted in natural water at room temperature. Take the product just before going to bed to sleep to promote its main function.
