Ingrediants
Sweeteners: sorbitol, xylitol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; bulking agent: maltodextrin; melatonin.

How to use
To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. For the reduction of the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with the assumption, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
