Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, chamomile, lemon balm and magnesium. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. Lemon balm and chamomile are useful for promoting relaxation. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; magnesium citrate, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) Fogliae.s. tit. 0,8% in rosmarinic acid, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower titrated 0.3% in apigenin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; flavoring, magnesium oxide; stabilizer: xanthan gum; sweetener: sucralose; melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet just before bedtime, dissolved in 150ml of warm water (or hot if you prefer).

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three. Contains polyols, excessive consumption can have laxative effects. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Store in a cool and dry place away from sources of heat and humidity. The end of validity date refers to the product correctly stored, packaging intact.
