HOW TO USE
1 tablet swallowed with a little water in the evening, just before bedtime.
WARNINGS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
METHOD OF STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources. The expiry date refers to the unopened product, correctly stored. Do not disperse in the environment after use.
