Melatonin
As a function of the peculiar biological regulation action of the circadian-wake-sleep rhythm, it favors falling asleep. It is useful for sleep because by improving personal biological rhythms, it makes you fall asleep more easily: melatonin only restarts a system that appears to be altered in its rhythms. The effect cannot therefore be rapid but requires the necessary personal adaptation times in order to reach an optimal physiological balance (resynchronization of the human organism and its large systems to the rhythms of nature).
Valerian
Excellent remedy for anxiety and balancing agent for hyperexcitability. Improves the quality of sleep without causing unpleasant consequences upon awakening. It is particularly useful for difficulties in falling asleep and gastrointestinal cramps of nervous origin.
Passionflower
Promotes physiological sleep and rapid and complete awakening without consequences on attention and vigilance. It is particularly indicated in generalized anxiety associated with distress and in cerebral excitement caused by intense intellectual work and related stress.
Escolzia
It acts at the level of the central nervous system by promoting sleep. The awakening is spontaneous without feeling lightheaded. It is particularly indicated for its antispastic activity against visceral spasms during sleep and against frequent awakenings due to hyperkinesis cramps (restless legs syndrome).

How to use
Take 1 tablet in the evening one hour before bedtime with a large glass of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor.
