Based on Melatonin and Vitamin B6 with Chamomile and Lavender. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland or epiphysis, which has the function of regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Consuming foods containing melatonin, even in small doses, significantly increases the amount of the hormone in the body. We find significant amounts of melatonin in foods such as corn, oats, brown rice, cherries, almonds, radishes, tomatoes, or pineapple. METHOD OF USE

It is recommended to take 1 orodispersible film per day 30 minutes before falling asleep unless otherwise instructed by your doctor.
