INDICATIONS
It is a food supplement that contains 1 mg of Melatonin for each tablet . Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep and helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag.

METHOD OF USE
It is recommended to take one tablet shortly before going to bed. For the reduction of the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of Melatonin just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
