Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed. Valerian contributes to relaxation and sleep in cases of stress.

Ingredients
Aqua, Valeriana officinalis L. (valerian, glycolic root extract), Passifloraincarnata (passion flower, glycolic extract of the plant), melatonin; acidity corrector: citric acid; passion fruit aroma; preservatives: dipotassium sorbate and sodium benzoate; sweetener: sucralose.

Without sugar, starch, lactose , gluten , dairy products , soy and yeast.

How to use
Dispense 5 sprays into the mouth, preferably in the sublingual area, before going to bed.
