Mensana soy lecithin is GMO free, it naturally contains linoleic acid which helps to maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood to the extent of 10 g per day, it is a source of phosphorus, which contributes to energy metabolism and vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
