Mentadent Professional C toothpaste is a specific gel toothpaste for the prevention of gum disease.
The active ingredients constitute an active and continuous barrier against numerous pathogens, making the most of the characteristics of each of its components. Chlorhexidine, Xylitol, Mint oil, Citric acid and Vitamin C, allow daily use in absolute safety both after surgery or periodontal surgery, and in the presence of marginal gingivitis. Our technology finally allows the stabilization of Vitamin C in a gel toothpaste or in a mouthwash, because its "complexed" form is used. A safe and effective product as it does not give rise to phenomena of bacterial resistance and is respectful of the ecology of the oral cavity.
This toothpaste reduces by at least 99% the reappearance of the first signs of gingival pathology (bleeding) and effectively antagonizes the formation of plaque and controls its microbial composition, hindering the development and biological activity of bacterial strains with the highest pathogenic potential for the periodontium. It is also active even in the most difficult to access areas and therefore more exposed to the onset of periodontal pathology.
