Food supplement with magnesium, vitamin B6, valerian extract and melatonin. Lamelatonin helps reduce the time you fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Ingredients
Magnesium oxide, corn starch, gelatin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; melatonin.

Gluten and lactose free.
