MetaSleep® contains melatonin which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Taking 1mg of melatonin (= 1 MetaSleep® tablet) before going to sleep creates this beneficial effect. MetaSleep® contains valerian and lemon balm extract which promote relaxation, sleep (valerian), mental well-being and normal mood (lemon balm). MetaSleep® contains titrated and standardized extracts of passionflower and green tea (titrated in L-theanine). Magnesium (in easily absorbable forms) and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system.
