Meticol® Oral Drops NALKEIN® - Gluten Free Medical Device

Meticol is a medical device in oral drops indicated in the treatment of dyspeptic disorders, gastrointestinal bloating, aerophagia and gaseous colic in infants, children and adults.

Components

Simethicone in olive oil, vitamin A, vitamin E and coenzyme Q.
Without preservatives, flavors, sweeteners and sugars.

Gluten free .

How to use

Shake well before use. Close the bottle after use.
Adults: 20-40 drops, possibly to be diluted in a liquid, 2-4 times a day, preferably after meals or according to medical advice.
Children: 20 drops preferably after meals and possibly to be diluted in a liquid 1-3 times a day or according to medical opinion.
Infants: 20 drops preferably after meals and possibly to be diluted in a liquid 1-2 times a day or according to medical opinion.

Warnings

Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components.
The product could have two phases: following stirring, it must appear as a homogeneous emulsion.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use the product after the expiration date; the expiry date refers to the intact and correctly stored product. Do not use the product if the package is not intact. All the components that make up the product including the dropper must be intact. After a short period of treatment (7 days) without appreciable results, consult your doctor. In the event of an adverse reaction, discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor in order to establish appropriate therapy. During use, if you suspect accidental contamination of the dropper, wash it well before reinserting it in the special bottle to prevent possible contamination.
Compliance with the instructions contained in the package insert reduces the risk of undesirable effects. However, it is important to report the appearance of undesirable effects not described in the package leaflet to the doctor or pharmacist.
No interactions with other drugs are known, nor have they been reported. No incompatibilities with other pharmaceutical products have been reported.
There are no adequate data on the use of the product in pregnant women, therefore it should not be used unless there is a real need and after evaluation by the physician.
It is not known whether simethicone is excreted in human milk, therefore it should not be used unless clearly needed after evaluation by the physician.
There was no effect on the ability to drive and use machines.
No undesirable effects were reported. No overdose phenomena have been reported.

Store at room temperature. Keep the package tightly closed and away from heat sources. The product should not be used more than 30 days after its opening.
