Mezinat® Difass Food Supplement

Food supplement based on Melatonin, Magnesium and Zinc. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The presence of Magnesium contributes to abnormal psychological function and Zinc to normal cognitive function.
The beneficial effect on reducing the time needed to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. The beneficial effect on jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

How to use

Pour the contents of 1 sachet into 150 ml of water, mix well until completely dissolved. Take 1 sachet a day, preferably before going to bed.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store away from light, in a cool and dry place.
The expiry date refers to the unopened product, correctly stored.
