reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis) P. Karst. sporophorum, acerola extract (Malpighia glabra L.) fructus: natural source of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid).

Physiological effect
Reishi favors the body's natural defenses. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of the nervous system, the formation of collagen for normal skin function, the protection of cells from oxidative stress and the functioning of the immune system.

Content of herbal ingredients per daily dose:
Reishi (50% polysaccharides, ≥ 17.5% beta-glucan) 600 mg, Acerola (32% vitamin C) 73.5 mg.

Recommended daily dose
take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning, before breakfast.
