Also called "Lion's mane" (lion's mane) or "Monkey's mushroom" (monkey mushroom), Hericium has anti-inflammatory and healing properties, is traditionally used for all gastric problems but also to promote the maintenance of normal cognitive functions

Health purposes:

Hericium is the fungus of the digestive system and the nervous system. Rich in vitamins and minerals, it is traditionally used for gastric problems, thanks to its anti-inflammatory, healing activity and the regeneration capacity of the mucous membranes. Studies begun in 1991 have made it possible to identify low molecular weight compounds in Hericium erinaceus, erinacins and ericenones, capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier and stimulating myelin regeneration, favoring the maintenance of normal cognitive functions.

How to use:
