Based on choline, a neurotransmitter capable of:

MIDACOLINA is a food supplement of Choline indicated to provide an additional supply of this nutrient in case of deficiency or increased need.

Choline is used by nerve cells for the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and is an essential element for the biosynthesis of phospholipids of cell membranes and in particular of the optic nerve (myelin) for a better transmission of electrical impulses to the Central Nervous System. Furthermore, it maintains neuronal energy needs, inhibits apoptosis and stimulates the synthesis of neurotransmitters (acetylcholine and dopamine).

Each sachet contains 500 mg of choline.

Recommended daily dose and method of use

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 sachets a day, dissolving the contents in a glass of water, regardless of meals.
