It is used for the treatment of states of fragility of blood vessels, in chronic venous insufficiency, in therapy against hemorrhoids (both in acute and chronic attacks, both external and internal), in post-operative hemorrhoidectomy therapy.
In general it is used to treat or prevent states of capillary fragility (including ecchymosis, hematoma, purpura, gum bleeding), veno-lymphatic insufficiency, lymphedema. It has a predominantly lymphatic drainage action.

How to use : The recommended dose of MIDAVEN in adults varies according to the pathology. In particular conditions (acute phlebitis, haemorrhoidal crises, acute capillary fragility with haemorrhagic complications) the dosage is as follows: 1cps three times a day for at least two weeks. When the desired results have been achieved, a maintenance period of at least 4-8 weeks is passed with 1 tablet twice a day and the dosage is decreased until a maintenance dose of 450 mg (1 tablet) per day.
