ORGANIC BROWN MILLET FLOUR

The grain richest in minerals and silicic acid. We are facing the richest cereal in minerals on earth, it is a cereal without gluten and therefore insoluble proteins such as glutenin and gliadin.

Bones, cartilage, teeth, hair, skin, nails are all mainly made up of one element: silicic acid. Brown millet is a source of silicic acid as well as fluorine, sulfur, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, etc. It also contains a high quantity of B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B17), pantothenic acid and nicotinic acid amide. With its 550 mg of silicic acid, 6.8 mg of iron, 0.6 mg of fluoride, 3 mg of sodium, 170 mg of magnesium per 100 g, millet is a good source of these precious minerals.

Unfortunately, with age, the silicic acid content gradually decreases.

This manifests itself with the formation of wrinkles, weakening of connective tissues, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, herniated discs, defects in gait, circulatory disturbances, dizziness, fatigue, eczema, weak teeth, joint pain and inflammation, brittle nails, reduction of sensory faculties and the emergence of allergic forms. Silicic acid also acts extensively on the nervous system especially thanks to its vitamin B content.

How to use: 2-3 times a day about 1 tablespoon of brown millet flour in muesli, in juices or other drinks, or in soup. It is a food supplement. For cooking, other types of millet are more suitable.
