KSM-66® * is a full spectrum high bioavailability Withania extract obtained from Ashwagandha roots without the use of alcohol or chemical solvents but using an ancient Ayurvedic tradition extraction process. The full spectrum extract ensures that all constituents in ashwagandha roots are present in the proportions found within the plant itself, while maintaining its natural richness.

Saffron, on the other hand, is useful for maintaining a normal mood. In women it is supportive to counteract menstrual cycle disorders. Inside the Solgar® MIND MOOD product there is affron® **, a particular saffron extract grown in the fertile lands of La Mancha, central region of Spain.
