DESCRIPTION
CEFALT ® is a food supplement based on L-Tryptophan, Magnesium Bisglycinate, natural extract of Boswellia serrata and Vitamins B 2 , B 3 and D 3, useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Boswellia serrata counteracts localized states of tension and promotes joint function. Magnesium and Vitamins B 2 and B 3 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin D 3 and Magnesium contribute to the physiological muscle function.

METHOD OF USE
We recommend taking 1 stick per day. Dissolve the contents in a glass of water, mix well and consume immediately after preparation.
