Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal protein synthesis and electrolyte balance.

Ingrediants

Fructose, calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate, magnesium citrate, maltodextrin, sodium butyrate, L-carnosine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (nano); flavoring, lactoferrin (contains milk derivatives); acidity regulator: citric acid.

How to use

It is recommended to take one or two sachets a day to be dissolved in 150 ml of water.
