Mitoku Acidulate By Umeboshi Probios
Seasoning deriving from the fermentation of umeboshi apricots.It is recommended in the preparation of sauces, creams, dressings and to make tofu mayonnaise tastier. It is excellent for flavoring both cooked and raw vegetables where it replaces salt and gives a pleasant sour taste.
