Mitoku Cream Of Umeboshi Probios
Obtained from a variety of Japanese apricots, it is a salty and sour sauce to be used in cooking cereals and vegetables in place of salt. Also excellent added to creams (sesame, peanuts, almonds) on bread or to flavor cooked and raw vegetables.
