Mitoku Plums Umeboshi Probios

Varieties of unripe apricots harvested and salted for a month together with the shiso leaves, then dried and left to rest for a year. With an acid-salty flavor, they are used for the preparation of many dishes and drinks. Excellent to add in the cooking of cereals and vegetables in place of salt. A plum dissolved in a little warm water is used to season cooked vegetables. Mixing with seed creams (sesame, sunflower, peanut), you get a sauce for dressing vegetables, cereals, legumes and fish.
