INGREDIANTS

Corn starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, sugar, psyllium seed meal, pea protein, salt, thickener: E464; lentil flour, millet flour, flavorings.

It may contain traces of milk, eggs, soy and nuts. Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to sudden changes in temperature and heat sources.

PREPARATION

For 1 kg of powder preparation. Add 1000 ml of warm water and 40 g of fresh brewer's yeast or 13 g of dry yeast to the mixture. Mix for 5 minutes by hand or in a planetary mixer with leaf. Add 100 g of extra virgin olive oil and 22 g of fine salt. Grease your hands well and put the dough to rest in a well-greased container until the volume is doubled. Flour the table with rice flour and pour the leavened dough, then work a little by hand and portion as desired. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet with parchment paper or rice flour, let rise again and bake at 190 ° C for 20-25 minutes until golden.
