How to use

Use the brush once a day, preferably in the evening. Move the brush back and forth a few times in each interdental space.
Do not use toothpaste, as it contains abrasives.
Cleaning between the front teeth: use the straight brush between the front teeth. Insert gently and do not force; work gently or choose a smaller size. Move the brush in its entire length back and forth for a few times.
Cleaning between the posterior teeth: if you use a small brush (pink, orange, red or blue) you can bend the neck slightly by applying pressure with your finger to more easily reach the interdental spaces of the posterior teeth.
Cleaning between the posterior teeth : If a large brush is used, access to the spaces between the posterior teeth can be improved by slightly bending the floss. The brush will last longer if it doesn't straighten or bend at another angle.
