Use
We recommend taking 2-4 tablespoons a day.
Warnings
In the event that the product is used as a laxative, please note that the continuous use of laxatives can cause addiction or damage of various kinds. Do not use laxatives if abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present. If constipation is persistent, consult a doctor. They should not be used for longer than a week. Avoid administration under 6 years of age, in pregnant women, the elderly, bedridden patients, those who have difficulty swallowing and also in case of recent vomiting or regurgitation or in the presence of abdominal pain. Do not take a surfactant laxative at the same time.
