Disposable Molex Knight Surgical Mask

3-layer mask (TNT spunbond, TNT meltbrown, TNT Spunbond) with disposable elastics.Particularly indicated for medical-surgical use for small operations, where the requirement of sterility is not required, for use by healthcare personnel. They have the purpose of avoiding the transmission to and from the user of infectious agents, whether they are of physico-chemical or microbiological origin in medical or hospital facilities and in particular they perform the function of protecting the patient, environments and work equipment from possible contamination by of the device user in situations where hygienic conditions are required in order to ensure patient hygiene by preserving the hygiene of the environment.

The devices are made with materials such as to confer characteristics suitable for the type of intended use, and in particular

• Low loss of fibrous particles;
• Good mechanical resistance;
• Comfort
• Non-toxic / hypoallergenic;
• Resistance to tearing.

The type of use involves contact between the device and the user's healthy epidermis, the function of the device is to create a physical barrier between the individual and potential sources of contamination such as the patient's body and other subjects present. The foreseeable duration of contact between the device and the patient is short. Invasive contact is not expected.

Composition

• TNT spunbond 25 g / m2 (external and internal layers, various colors): it is used for those components where high breathability and absorption are desired for patient comfort, to avoid dispersion of fluids, etc.
• TNT meltblwon 25 g / m2 (internal layer, various colors): it is used for those components where high filtration and a barrier to the transmission of microorganisms are desired.
