Quinoa, an ancestral crop originally from South America, was called by the ancient Incas "the mother of all seeds". It is a herbaceous plant of the Chenopodiacceae family and is considered a pseudocereal, not a real cereal, as it is not a grass, despite having the same food uses.
Quinoa-based breadsticks, a highly digestible, protein-rich food with a pleasant taste.
Excellent source of vegetable protein, it is also suitable for celiacs as it is totally gluten-free.
Palm oil free, with extra virgin olive oil.
