Expanded Polyurethane Dressing
Momosan is a polyurethane foam with a honeycomb structure (class II B) which promotes the complete healing of chronic wounds, pressure ulcers, crural ulcers, burns and abrasions. Ideal for anti-decubitus prophylaxis the postoperative superficial bandage SUCCESS IN HEALTHCARE therapeutically effective in anti-decubitus prophylaxis & wound dressing.
Its honeycomb structure with open pores and large cells gives it a high debridement capacity which makes it ideal, alone or in combination with other aids, for the autolytic debridement of pressure sores, secreting ulcers, secreting fistulas.
Medication Tips
Fill the wound completely with Black Momosan and cover the surrounding area extensively with White Momosan. Secure so that the area can pass freely.
If inside the lesion there are pockets, undermined margins, it will be necessary first to "whip" with Black Mosan. Then proceed as previously described.
