Vitamins of group B intervene in the metabolic processes intended for the production of energy.
Their integration is useful:
- to face the changes of season;
- when the dietary intake is not sufficient.
Vitamin B12, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid, together with folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Furthermore, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin, acidopantothenic, together with thiamine, contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, along with thiamine and folic acid, contribute to normal psychological function. Riboflavin, thiamine, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
