Food supplement based on plant ingredients with melatonin. Natural drops to help you sleep at night. The product combines the relaxing action of plant extracts (red poppy, passion flower and hops) with the sleep-regulating action of melatonin. Passionflower is indicated in sleep disorders due to fatigue, stress and those that occur in climacteric and in menopause. Also to the hops are attributed sedative properties useful in the treatment of hyperexcitability states and in insomnia of nervous origin. The red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) has a calming action, very different from that given by the poppy somniferum, which allows its use as a sedative for the nervous system and inducer of sleep. The melatonin present is 1 mg per 10 drops (0.5 ml).

Warnings
For pregnant or nursing women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor's opinion. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
