Ingredients
Valpalf [lactoferrin ( milk proteins, lactose ), sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate], capsule in HPMC; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule a day. Each capsule contains 200 mg of lactoferrin.
To be swallowed with water or by opening it, dissolving the contents in a little water or other drink (tea, fruit juice, milk, yogurt) at room temperature.
