How to use
To treat vaginal dryness, apply a generous amount of the product at least once a day or whenever relief is desired. If the disturbances persist or recur, it is recommended that you contact your doctor. It should not be used for more than 30 consecutive days.
External application
For the dryness of the external intimate area (the vulva) it is possible to apply the product with the fingers. Always wash your hands before and after applying the gel.
1. Remove the cap from the tube. For first time use, use the back of the cap to pierce the seal.
2. Hold the tube with one hand and put the index finger of the other hand near the tube. Gently press the tube and keep it pressed until you have an abundant quantity of product on the index finger.
3. The amount of gel on the index finger should be at least equal to the tip of the finger (about 2 cm).
4. Apply the gel to the external intimate area.
Internal application
Use the applicator provided. It is included in the package and can be screwed onto the tube. After use, the applicator can be left on the tube: in this case, wash it with hot water and then put the cap back on the applicator. If you prefer to use your fingers, wash your hands and apply a quantity of gel on the index finger equal to at least the tip of the finger. Introduce the finger into the vagina.

3. Remove the small cap from the applicator.
4. Hold the tube with one hand and press it gently until the gel comes out of the applicator tip. When the gel comes out it means that the applicator is full of gel and ready to use. Practice to understand how much gel comes out with light pressure; the required quantity is at least equal to the tip of a finger (about 2 ml).
5. Insert the applicator into the vagina, still attached to the tube. To facilitate insertion, a little gel can be applied to the skin of the intimate area. The applicator is smaller than the vagina and will not damage the cervix (opening of the uterus).
6. Gently squeeze the tube. The minimum amount needed is to the tip of a finger. However, there is no limitation or risk if more is applied.
7. After use, the applicator can be left on the tube and washed with warm water.
8. Put the small cap back on the applicator.

Warnings
