Food supplement of omega3 EPA and DHA that contribute to normal heart function, support good brain function and the maintenance of healthy vision. It is specifically formulated with high quality ultra concentrated omega3s, purified to control the return of taste, enclosed in easy-to-swallow mini pearls. The fish oil present in each mini pearl contains 90% EPA and DHA, the most studied omega3s with health benefits. Omega3 are essential fatty acids present in our body and are necessary for its physiological functioning; however, these cannot be produced by our body in sufficient quantities to satisfy its needs, therefore they must be taken through the diet in order to maintain a good state of health and good nutrition.
The beneficial effect on heart function is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. The beneficial effect on brain and visual function is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. MyOmega3 contains 450 mg of EPA and DHA per daily dose.

How to use
For adults, two mini pearls a day to be swallowed with water at any time of the day. MyOmega3 can also be taken for prolonged periods.

Warnings
During pregnancy and lactation it is important to consult your doctor before using food supplements. During pregnancy and breastfeeding it is advisable to take Omega3 daily, especially DHA, as this fatty acid contributes to normal brain and eye development of the fetus. However, it is recommended to take EPA and DHA in a 1: 5 ratio, Multicentrum MyOmega3 contains EPA and DHA in a 1: 2 ratio so it is not formulated to have benefits on the fetus during pregnancy and lactation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
