How to use
Take 1-2 sachets a day with plenty of water.

Contraindications
The product is contraindicated in cases of renal disease, pregnancy and under 12 years of age.

Warnings
The product contains creatine: in case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) a doctor's opinion is required. The dyes in the product may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children.
