Grillis

Vegetable sausages with meat with reduced protein and phenylalanine content. Indicated for diets that require a reduced intake of proteins and a reduced intake of diphenylalanine. Indicated in low-protein diets, phenylketonuria and renal insufficiency.

Ingrediants
Potatoes; chestnuts; onions; celery; spinach; wheat bran; meat (beef 5%); starch, sunflower oil; water; egg; salt; spices; flavorings; herbs.

How to use
After removing the external transparent film, the product can be eaten without cooking or cooked in the oven, on the plate or in a pan like a normal sausage, with little seasoning (olive oil). It can be used as a base for persughas, sauces and to flavor first courses. 70 g of product, equal to 2 sausages (they contain 1.9 g of protein and 88 mg of phenylalanine).
