MyTest Celiac is a rapid immunochromatographic test for the detection of both IgA and IgG anti-DGP antibodies on whole blood for celiac disease screening.

How to use
Wash your hands with warm soapy water, rinse with clean water and dry or use the cleansing gauze provided.
Prepare the necessary material as follows: open the foil bag, take only the cassette and throw away the desiccant bag. Open the plastic bag containing the pipette. Open the bottle by unscrewing the white cap, being careful not to drop it.
Carefully rotate the protective cap of the lancet through 360 ° without pulling it.
Pull out and discard the released cap.
Press the lancet, on the side from which the cap was removed, against the fingertip (the ring finger side is recommended). The lancet tip automatically retracts safely after use. If the lancet does not work properly, use the second one provided. If, on the other hand, the latter is not necessary, it can be disposed of without special precautions.
Keeping your hand pointing downwards, massage your fingertip until a large drop of blood forms.
Take the pipette without pressing the bulb and place it in contact with the drop of blood. The blood will enter the pipette by capillarity. Continue to massage the finger until the blood has reached the black line indicated on the pipette itself, avoiding, as far as possible, moving it away from the finger, in order to prevent the possible formation of air bubbles.
Take the previously opened vial and immediately deposit the blood collected with the pipette into it. Squeeze the pipette bulb 2 or 3 times and make sure all the blood has flowed into the diluent solution. Then put the screw cap back on the bottle and mix well for at least 10 seconds.
Unscrew the blue cap from the dropper bottle (leave the white cap tightly screwed on). Deposit 3 drops in the well indicated on the cassette.
Wait 10 minutes.
Read the result after exactly 10 minutes.
The color intensity of the lines is of no importance for the interpretation of the test result.

Warnings
Read these instructions for use carefully before carrying out the test. The test is reliable if the instructions are carefully followed.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the test after the expiration date stated on the package or if it is damaged.
Follow the procedure exactly, respecting the indicated quantities of ediluting blood.
Do not freeze.
Use the test and lancet lancet only once.
The test is for external use only. Do not swallow.

Not recommended for people taking medicines that make the blood thinner (anticoagulants) or people who have haemophilia problems.
After use, dispose of all components according to local regulations in force, ask your pharmacist for advice.
Materials needed and not provided: absorbent cotton, a tool for calculating the time (stopwatch, clock).
Open the sealed foil pouch only before performing the test, pay attention to the opening mark.
The desiccant sachet must not be used. Eliminate it by disposing of it together with household waste, without opening it.

storage
Store the test components at temperatures between + 4 ° C and + 30 ° C.
Deadline for storage from the date of production, in unopened package: 24 months.

- 1 hermetically sealed protective foil pouch containing: a CELIAC TEST device and a desiccant sachet
- 2 sterile lancets for self-puncture for blood sampling
- 1 dropper vial containing CELIAC TEST diluent sufficient for 1 test

- 1 antiseptic cleansing gauze for the skin (70% alcohol)
