Named Beta Alanine What it is

Beta Alanine is a dietary supplement of Beta-Alanine whose ergogenic role, in sports, is partly due to its antioxidant activity and partly to the precursor function of Carnosine: a dipeptide present in high concentrations within the skeletal muscle human, capable of buffering lactic acid in the muscles, supporting endurance in the event of intense efforts and assisting recovery after competition or training.
