The high molecular weight of Cluster Dextrin® allows faster gastric emptying and therefore a faster passage into the intestinal lumen, making carbohydrates readily available. With the addition of 2.75g of Hydroxymethylbutyrate, a substance that comes from the metabolism of Leucine and which has anticatabolic properties and promotes muscle regenerative processes.
