How to use
Take 2 sachets a day.
Dissolve the entire contents of the sachet in a drink (at least 50 ml). The product contains heat sensitive probiotics. For maximum benefit, add lukewarm liquids. Stir or shake until completely dissolved (this may take some time) and let it take immediately.
