Ingrediants
Bulking agents: calcium phosphate; microcrystalline cellulose; melatonin; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. No potentially allergenic substances or causes of intolerances.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet in the evening, just before bedtime. In case of jet lag it is recommended to take a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination, just before bedtime.
